AYA FARM RESORT POLICIES

Booking Policy

  • Guests are required to adhere to the standard check-in and check-out times. If there are no upcoming reservations, an extension until 1:00pm will be granted with additional corresponding charges. (₱800/hour)

  • Cabin key must be surrendered upon check out. ₱200 will be charged for the lost key.

  • Guests may have visitors in their rooms which must be registered at the Front Office with a rate of ₱150 for kids below 12y/o and ₱300 for 12y/o above. Visits are allowed until 19:00 hours. In case of extended visits after 19:00 hours, AYA Farm Resort will charge an additional fee of ₱500 per person, as a supplement for the guest/visitor. ID must be presented upon registration.

  • Guests are advised to maintain the cleanliness of the cabin. Throw all the trash in the designated trash bins.

  • Guests will be responsible for any loss or damage to the resort property. All damages and/or breakages will be charged equivalent to the damaged item.

  • Bringing of firearms, any harmful object, toxic/poisonous material, and/or drugs is strictly prohibited. Any of such will be subject to confiscation.

  • Customers are advised to take all necessary precautions. The management will not be liable for any accidents or injuries.

  • Listening to music is wonderful but please mind your neighbors. Sound system and videoke curfew - 11:00PM

  • The pool is available until 11:00 PM only.

  • Be responsible to put out your grill fires or bonfire.

  • Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the guests from the time of arrival to departure. Management is not liable for any loss or damaged items.

  • Guests are not allowed to enter the shrimp farm area without permission and supervision from our Farm Technician. Biosecurity of Palaya Shrimp Farm is of utmost importance.

  • Pets are prohibited within the Shrimp Farm vicinity area.

  • Strictly follow the DALA Experience Schedule at 8:00 am-9:00 am or 4:00-5:00 pm. Please advise our staff at least an hour of your preferred time for the activity.

  • Our staff is available from 8am - 6pm only. Last call for food orders is at 6:00pm only.

Pet Policy

  • Small pets only - Less than 10kg. Should your pet be above 10 kg, please provide more detailed information about your pet and its travel experience so we can allow exceptions on an individual basis.

  • Maximum allowable pet per large cabin is 3. For stilt cabins, up to 2 only.

  • Pets must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guests with a leash.

  • Pets must comply with local legislation requirements.

  • Upon check-in a copy of the pet’s vaccination card has to be provided.

  • Pets must be kept on a leash in the public areas except in the guest's cabin area.

  • Pets must not be left unattended.

  • Pets are prohibited within the Shrimp Farm vicinity area.

  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet in the cabin and in the ground area.

  • Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.

  • Guests must contact the housekeeping department to arrange a convenient time for servicing their room.

  • Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet.

  • Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest's pet.

  • AYA Farm Resort reserves the right to charge a guest's account commensurate to the cost of such damages.

  • AYA Farm Resort reserves the right to evict the guest and pets from the resort premises if and whenever required with no prior notification.

  • Service animals accompanying persons with disabilities are always accepted.

Rebooking and Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your booking within 15 days of your arrival, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total accommodation fee.

  • If you cancel your booking within 5 days of your arrival or fail to show up, you will be charged the full amount of your booking or will be considered as NO SHOW.

  • Should cancellation be made upon arrival date; it will be considered as NO SHOW.

  • The amount paid is non-refundable or convertible in case of changes in booking upon arrival or during the stay.

  • If you choose to rebook, a 10% rebooking fee will apply, and the rebooking will only be valid within three months of the original booking date. Additionally, the rebooking is subject to additional charges based on the current season rate, and if the rebooking falls on peak or peak of the peak season, a higher rate will apply. Similarly, if the rebooking is from peak to lean season, the higher rate will apply as well.

  • The hotel will not be responsible for cancellations or failures due to force majeure, such as acts of God, public enemy, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, strikes, earthquakes, computer or communication failures, and severe weather.

  • There will be no refunds for reducing the number of reserved rooms or changing room types. If you shorten your stay, you will be charged the full amount for the room. No-shows are nonrefundable and cannot be rebooked. We will notify you of any further changes.
